In a two hour window 4 people had been called back. Lobby was full. After waiting for 2 hours I just left to go to another urgent care
I was feeling like I wanted to pass out 3 different times so I called my doc to see if I could come in...my doc was out so the nurse suggested I go to urgent care. I make it here and when I get to the back after the nurse takes my info she leave and tell me the doctor shud be in shortly...she comes back in the room a minute later and told me I was dehydrated and needed fluids and they don't provide that and dismissed me. Mind u the doctor didnt come in not 1 time. I will not be returning.
Called in the morning and got an appointment that same day. Once arriving to the clinic on frontage road, I was greeted with smiling faces and helpful employees. Once back to the room Dr. Patel came in to see me and was very professional, nice and thorough. It was quick and got the treatment I needed and will follow up soon. Very positive experience.
