I’ve been here a few times. The facility is nice and clean and the staff and nurses were WONDERFUL!! I never leave bad reviews, however, it is so rude and disrespectful when doctors cut off patients mid sentence when they are trying to explain their situation. The clinic was not busy whatsoever. He could have taken ONE minute to listen to me. I will definitely come back to this urgent care if I need to, but I will not be seeing Dr Cheatham.

I called on a Saturday morning to check to see if they would see me. I think I spoke to Katie. She was very nice and was very helpful over the phone. I arrived that Saturday around 6. I was so pleasantly surprised by how super nice everyone treated me. Trisha came out to verify my needs before having me to wait unnecessarily. Then I was checked in I don't recall her name but she was very personable and friendly. I only waited about 10 minutes before going to the back. Trisha honestly treated me like family! I felt like I was really listened to and the symptoms i was having was taken seriously. That's alot more than I can say for alot of clinics around here.
