I am extremely disappointed by how an elderly patient was treated while trying to pay his hospital bill. He has suffered a stroke and simply asked whether there was a discount for paying in cash. Instead of answering him respectfully, the employees laughed at him and embarrassed him. When they told him his bill was $1,000, he explained that it was actually $100 and that he had the money with him.
