My husband went in on Wednesday night around 10 pm because he's been sick. Low fever. Get to the triage and the women were courteous.. Sent us back to the front. Waited a few (10) minutes, was called to the back for examination and was told he was getting a flu test and a Covid test. So Jayce the nurse practitioner or MA , then said they didn't have the COVID test. So he wasn't tested. Saw this on my friends page today, sad excuse for a hospital will be reporting.
I was at the hospital December 24 where I was made fun of being big and fat staff saying they wasn't gonna help me because I was dead weight and their not about to lift my big A up..The Radiology tech was talking about me bad she had a green sweater on and laughing to the doctors as if it was funny. The nurse christina was saying how she had to cath me and she rather for me to get up then do the catheter. no patient should have to go through that especially at their worse. My granddaughter was seen on 11/17/25 by. PA-C. The school does not recognize the doctor's excuse because the st Charles parish school board requires Dr excuses to be signed by a physician, dentist or nurse practitioner. I have called the clinic twice. I was referred to a patient advocate- who seems determined to have this matter cleared up not only for me but for all other patients- which is wonderful. My problem is the staff should have corrected the dr's excuse & had it signed by a Dr or nurse practitioner. No considerati... read more
My husband had an ER visit on 11/12 due to a knee injury. We had a great experience from start to finish. The security guard saw my Husband limping out of his truck and came get him in a wheelchair. Check in was super fast and everyone was friendly. Dr. Tucker was excellent.. he was very thorough and took his time explaining diagnosis/medications. He even took time to measure crutches for my husband. The place is very clean and secure. We were very pleased with his experience here.
