Have had Several encounters with rude staff including doctors and nurses. Whenever I’ve complained it’s been ignored. Not so much as an apology. Rude, nasty,and uncaring. While that can occur anywhere, Ochsner Northshore doesn’t care to resolve it or reprimand anyone for their disgusting behavior towards patients and family. Will be switching to Slidell Memorial system.
Everyone is so friendly and helpful.
I would like to know what pre check in is? I always pre check but when I get to my appointment I have to verify everything again. Why do I have to keep signing things? Should be one and done, not every visit. Checked in this morning and all the girl, ( no name) could say, for some reason my computer isn’t showing your pre check. All you have to do is ask, has anything changed since your last visit. You can see that I have been a patient with you for a long time. My daddy has cancer and they wouldn’t give him a private room. They could have moved others around but no the want to see hi get sicker!!! They should of left him in ICU!! Will take my self to different hospital for now on. When I told the head nurse I want to speak to the hospital representative she ( Katie) said I done did. The nurses at the desk are very unprofessional. And calling the House Supervisor wasn't no better because she lied and made excuses as if I were stupid and not ask the other patients in the waiting room. I am here with a possible broke rib and bp is 174/114 and still not seen but 3 others came after me got x-rays and they were brought back to waiting area and me still nothing but in pain. What a joke
I just had Vertebra fused from registering to my nurses on the 4th floor I could not have asked for better service. I would say thank you for all you do.
The surgery went well,but I’ll really have to debate weather I ever will ever go back.The nursing staff were not worth a hoot.They were very slow to the point of being thought of as not really caring or just poor motivation.Sorry but true!
