LIVID at Ochsner Medical Center ER on O'Neal Lane in Baton Rouge! My son was tested for Covid-19 March 23, and we STILL have not been given any results. One person when called, bit his head off for even calling, telling him don't call us, we'll call you. Another call made, and we were told that if they didn't call you, you must have been negative. Today is day 8 since he was tested. What is it going to take to get answers???? How would you feel, if you were waiting on test results for your child? Shame on Ochsner Health!!!!

My sister came in for a procedure and EVERY staff member we came into contact with was positive, helpful, and concerned with her comfort, both physically and emotionally. The anesthesiologist even prayed with us before she went back. Very organized, patient focused, and overall awesome experience. Oschner Medical Center - Baton Rouge EXCEEDS expectations.

Great service friendly staff
I am a doula in the Alexandria,LA area. my client and I decided it would be much safer to have her VBA2C at Ochsner rather then the hospitals in our own area.(doctors told her she couldn’t do it and she was endangering herself and her baby.) I have been with Ochsner for years. I recently had surgery and had to stay for two nights. The staff was the most attentive, and friendly I have ever encountered. The food was delicious, I even got the recipes for three things and need to get a few more.
