Great staff and facility. Been using Ochsner healthcare system for over 25 years!
The check-in people were very fast and very friendly with patience also the nurse and doctor were super awesome kept me informed on everything very nice...helped when needed when asked...they were awesome no doubt about it
I received the best care. Special thanks to my nurses Kayla and Crystal they were great.
I will never come here again. Got here at 10 am and was told at noon i was being admitted. I layed in the ER until 7:45 pm. Finally get to room to rest and now they are cleaning the floors out in the hallway. The guys are talking loud, banging around and the machines are horrible. NO REST. I should have went to another hospital. I promise i want be back here ever again. Worst experience ever
Went there yesterday and was treated very good. The dr and staff was very good to me. I would go there again
Got great care in the ER yesterday for a sprained ankle. Staff kind and courteous.
The ER part was good but when you come in to see people the security have a nasty attitude
