I went into the er Tuesday at 630am with severe stomach pain...fours and several test later I was told that test were clear and discharged. I asked for something for pain and was prescribed something that was already given to me while there that I told the nurse and doctor did nothing...so to recap came for help, 4 hours later after missed work, no diagnosis, and nothing for the pain I originally went there for and paid for it all.
Not much right now have loved it in the past. But the trip was pretty much a waste of time. I have more problems with the doctors next door.
Excellent service, very attentive, went the extra mile.
It's staff members were quite sensitive to our concerns regarding my brother's surgery and subsequent medical care. They listened, discussed issues and ideas, reacted accordingly, while keeping our priorities as theirs as well. Thanks Ochsner's Medical Center.
