Always the best Hospital and the Staff so kind and human with the the patients.
My first trip here for kidney transplant evaluation. Every one in the multi-organ department was great. I was beyond impressed with the staff and doctors. Hopefully I will receive a kidney transplant @ this hospital. Well worth the drive from louisville, ms. �
Great place!!! They are taking great care of me and my wife. Staff here has the best bed side manner of any hospital.
I love this hospital. They have the nicest Doctors,Nurses and staff to help treat you and see to your needs.
I love Ochsner. I think it's great that all my doctors can look at my records and coordinate my treatment. I love all my doctors, especially Dr. Webb-Detiege and her nurse Gwen.
Worst experience ever. Waited in the hallway for 2 1/2 hrs for an ambulance to bring my 91 year old mother who had fallen, back to nursing home only to have a transportation service pick her up and put her in a wheelchair. She was on a gurney in the hallway. I could have done that when they discharged her and drove her back to nursing home myself. Not once while we were waiting did anyone come and check to make sure she was okay.
10th floor needs a maintainence man to figure out what is wrong with the heaters. People are freezing cold with this front which makes it harder to heal or even get out of the bed to pee.
After going back and forth with drs about my daughters condition and after 2 meetings with the drs at ochsner they made a plan to start helping her. I'm beyond grateful for them and so very glad I decided to make the change!!
This was by far the dirtiest hospital I have ever been to. Used two bathrooms and both were disgusting. One had what looked like a rusty old jack holding the toilet up. The facility was in ill repair, the nurse that was assisting my elderly Mother and I, had to check to see if the escalator was working. As we stepped on to go up it was jerking and creaking.
