By far the best hospital here. I had day surgery yesterday 11/15/16 the professionalism, compassion and over all great clean wonderful staff are by far the best. Highly recommend and will only use this facility. Thank you Dr. Goldberg and surgical team for a great job. My nurses in pre post OPS, were the best ever. Marie the ER nurse which only took 2 tries for my iv, which is a huge challenge, they usually get the EJ' s. Thank you from the valet to the reception, from the piano player and every employee. So when people go to the hospital it's for a good reason! For a problem that nothing over the counter can fix! so when I get in a bad car accident why would a DOCTOR feel Tylenol would do any justice? What the hell is wrong with people? First of all I hate hospitals! Secondly why would anyone come here to not be mistreated?? Like come on!!!!

I just talked to a lady that answered the phone at the main campus. Her name is Julia and could teach many how to handle a phone call. I needed to change the date of my blood test and to sum it up she was friendly and professional. I was very impressed. I called 842-4747 this morning about 10:30 am. Hopefully management will know who she is. Thank you Julia. Actually 5 star!

So apparently Jesus on the cross offends nurses in Ochsner hospital on Jefferson hwy. My mom had this cross of Jesus obove her bed (not nailed or tapped) just leaning against wall. Apparently during a shift change with nurses, one of the nurses was offened by the cross and took it down telling my mom the cross couldnt be up above her. After removing cross, he began telling other nurses about the cross and one by one (about 10 different nurses) walked in my moms room to see cross and talk about cross being up.
