The Folks at Ochsner are much much more than Caregivers, They all treat you like Family and spread much LOVE as they care far you, from Dr.'s, Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Technicians, Clerks, Greaters, Drivers, Maintenance people and even the people who clean the floor. GOD BLESS them all. I have given them all a name I call them my SECOND RESPONDERS. THANKS SO MUCH.
Great hospital, awesome doctors! My only complaint is the billing and coding department! I have two BlueCross insurances that are CONSTANTLY billed incorrectly or one is removed! Coding CONSTANTLY doesn't code correctly. By constantly I mean I have dealt with this same issue for 4+ years!

I had liver transplant surgery 2-1/2 weeks ago. I'm doing much better now, thanks to Ochsner. They have a very caring staff and keep close tabs on your progress. I only had 1 bad experience while I was in the hospital and that was with a nurse technician in the wee hours of the morning. The other hundreds of people I saw were great to me and my family.
My granddaughter was admitted for an ablation. We were treated with expertise and empathy. The professionalism we received was commendable. The whole staff was extremely nice and professional. We were kept informed by medical staff of progress during the procedure. We stayed at the Brent House Hotel and enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend this hospital and hotel. Very nice!!
