I would like to have someone call me you can’t get a hold of any one. Patient advocate office is a joke! I called and called and no one called me back in the past. Why is it my 22 year old mentally disabled daughter went a month with out a bath since being on the 10th floor? Why has you Hospital failed her in every way since she was transferred here on 12-6? The Pediatrician’s staff are very accommodating and have first class team.
Recently their PA Ms Davis publicly stated that PAs can do the same things a physician can regarding acute care. NO! Just NO! Hospitalized patients need physicians with PAs assisting them. PAs are not Physicians. Stop putting profits over patients.
Had heart valve replacement surgery on December 12th 2019.nurses were very nice and polite. Dr parrino was my surgeon. like to thank all who took care of me. Sincerely Mark Fuselier

my son had surgery here yesterday. we get to our room and the nurse would no let us hold our child or even sit in the bed with him. she made it where he had to cry himself to sleep while we set on the floor next to the bed Trying to console him. all he wanted was his mom to hold him because he was scared and hurting. not only this but she was rude and wouldn't listen to anything we said. we love the doctors here but they need to work on how their nurses treat people. there is no worse feeling then watch your child suffer and... read more
