The WORST! The Oncology Clinic gives off Plasma Center vibes. Made me feel like patients are just sheep to them. I just finished a 20 min call, in-which I was transferred 4 times and had to re-explain the reason for my call 3 times, only to get a voicemail and no help. I’D RATHER HAVE CANCER!
My husband just came in Monday am with afib/chf everyone that treated him from er to 4th floor has been very professional and friendly.We greatly appreciate your service,shout out to everyone on the care plan team,Ella in er awesome Katelyn , Brandy, Shannon outstanding and everyone on 4 floor wonderful.
