I must say I would like to give zero stars. My experience with the care of my thirteen year old granddaughter has been atrocious. We have been to 4 appointments and not seen the Dr yet. We live an hour away so a call or message in MyChart would have saved time, money and have been courteous to know before going there. The next appointment to see the Dr will be exactly 3 months since she tore her ACL. Not seen the surgeon yet. Only the NP. The rudeness of the NP is honestly unbelievable. Very very slow at seeing people in the emergency room. Not alot of communication from the staff. Can't seem to get any information from anyone.
My boyfriend goes in for chest pains and has a history of heart issues, and tonight he goes in the ER tells them he's gain chest pains and explained what is going on... and they stuck him in the waiting room. So basically. If you're having a possible active heart attack or not doesnt matter even in the ER. What kind of ER doesn't take heart issues seriously? So if your patients have heart attack it's just whatever, no never mind to This hospital? He's still sitting in the waiting room. Over an hour now. And im hoping to god ... read more
