This is a friend's Eye Dr. They have been so good to him. His first visit took like 4 hours or more. After his initial visit, it has been taking him about an hour ½, give or take. Just be aware of parking in this medical area. This office has only 1 parking space for patients, and it is for Handicapped only. Which is always, always taken when we arrive. So, I drop him off at the door, then I go just a bit further up north up on the right to the Oschner/LSU complimentary patient parking lot, park in there, then scan their lot... read more
The only positive is that all of the staff members we interacted with were very friendly. First, they canceled my daughter's original appointment 2 days before without calling us. Luckily I had checked MyChart because we live almost 2 hours away. We went for her rescheduled appointment today. Her appointment time was for 10am, we got there about 10 minutes early like they tell you to. We didn't see the doctor until 12:45. Almost 3 hours past appointment time. 2hr wait time and asks you t I arrive 15 mins early
Sat in the waiting room for 4 hours to get nothing accomplished so we left .
I saw 2 Drs here and they were both amazing!! I’ve been going here for a while now and I would recommend to anyone!! Sometimes there’s a lil wait but it’s worth it to see a good thorough Dr!! Only I don’t like is you have to pay to park!
