I was shopping for an experience urologist after mine retired. Dr. Rutland was polite and professional. He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions in detail. He took time and I didn’t feel rushed. He seen me in a short and timely manner and his nurse and staff made me feel important and welcomed. I would highly recommend Dr. Rutland and his staff if you’re looking for a professional medical doctor.
Called 2-3 months ago asking for medical records to be sent. Supposedly they made the request as soon as i asked for it. Called today only to find out there is NO record i ever made the request in their system and they don’t take verbal requests for medical records. So now I’m unable to schedule specialist visits where i relocated to because of this clinics terrible customer service. Only 2 stars because the clinic staff when i did visit was friendly, but their treatment plan didn’t work and now terrible customer service.
Dr Rutland needs to loose his license. He is unprofessional and humiliated me during a visit. It was indicated that I had bladder cancer and he just made an appt for 7 months later. He is so lucky it turned out as no cancer or I would have sued him for everything. And I have documents.
