My grandson was airlifted there and he received the best care from the staff everyone was so nice to my family and very helpful! Both picu and the regular floor staff treated my family with courtesy and dignity thank you so much for all that you did!

Friendly and Welcoming. I just wish they had more activities where that the kids would have something to do while waiting
I have been here 3 times in the last 6 months with my son. The first time was short and sweet the following 2 times we waited over an hour and a half in the waiting area and a minimum of an additional 30 mins once we were put in a room only to see the dr for 2 minutes. What is the point in having appointments when we wait for 2 hours to see the dr. The staff and doctors are great but they need to work on their schedules.
