I love the doctors here but the wait time is AWFUL!! Having a newborn and a toddler, making sure to show up 15 minutes early and then to sit for over an hour with no one telling you any information is extremely frustrating. I have on numerous occasions had to step out of the office and speak to the front desk after sitting in silence for over an hour, not exactly my idea of a convenient dr visit.
We love Ochsner and all the employees!! They really care on a professional and personal level.
Dr. Baham is absolutely amazing! Wonderful bedside manner and so gentle/patient with children! I've never felt rushed through an appointment, ever! She takes her time to answer all questions and address concerns. She is also quick to respond to messages and give test results in a timely manner! Love her! And the rest of the office staff is great as well! So happy to bring my son there! I know he's in good hands!
We love them all. But our top 3 are dr Richard, dr Fitzpatrick and dr baham!!!! The wait is usually not long unless it's flu season or something else major and still it's not that long. We get an appt. quickly when it's necessary.
