When you have an appointment scheduled for 9:30 and it’s almost 10:30 and you still haven’t even been acknowledged is very unacceptable! This is almost every time!!! I’m over it at this point! Then the appointment scheduling people on the phone do not listen to what you tell them and do not seem like they even care one way or another what you’re saying!

I'm trying to make an appointment with a Dermatologist but there is only one in BR and there is a waiting period of almost 2 and a half months! Geez, can you guys please hire another doctor to help with the patient load so that we can have quicker service? Our family has been with Ochsner for over 28 year and for the most part have been satisfied, but this issue is quite frustrating.

OMG this was my first visit to the Summa location and they were wonderful and made me feel so welcome and helped me out so much with the information they gave me as I get ready to prepare for delivery .. You all are awesome
I've always had the best of Service at Ochsner, the doctors are professional and courteous. The entire staff is great.
