We have been patients of Ochsners for over 10 years and have always loved the care we have received. Yesterday my 18 month old had a fever, he has never been sick so even though I thought it was just teething (it was) I decided to bring him in to be sure. We waited in our car for over an hour to be checked in and it only went downhill from there. Tonight I was yet again neglected by the staff here. on September 18th I filmed the staff on Facebook live because I feared for my life. I had fallen off of the bed because I was having psuedoseizures and the staff did not have the bed railings up even though they knew I was a fall risk. 2 doctors there have now been the cause of more mental anguish in this hospital. 4 nurses treated me like a criminal. I came in from seizures today on Acadian. I was so scared to even go back to this hospital. The doctor walked into my room ... read more

I stayed there for 2 days they only gave me fuilds sent me home and I still was sick 🤕 they need to up grade

RecommendedI do because I won't let one bad experience keep me away, but I was advised to go to ER by my doctor. I suffer with kidney stones and she wanted an Ultrasound and Urine Culture done. I could barely urinating. Doc said urine was fine sent me home. Did not check to see if anything was wrong with the kidney or bladder on ultrasound. Still struggling to urinate in pain feel like I can go to another ER. Emailed my doc see what she says in morning. I was neglected, abused, and lied to my mutiple staff members. They made my condition worse. none of the administrative workers cared.. I will be pressing charges on a member of the staff for committing battery on me. All of my rights got stripped from. me because I took a fall while throwing up over the side of the bed. The so called doctors and nurses knew my seizure history and that I was a fall risk. they left me in a far back room with no call light for help. Most of the staff here is great but I woul be scared to step. back in becasue if a few doctors and Danny tbe charge nurse. A nurses committed batterey on my and I will have his license taken away along with some jail time. I have videos of happened be prepared for it . was not going tk get lawyer but I've decided these individuals need to find different professionas. the officer was on their said and they completely were on the hospitals side mocking me.
