I Really am impressed with the Orthopedic Doctors and Nurses. I have gotten great service time after time. I Love communicating online. I can do it at home or on my smartphone. The Nurses answer my emails in a timely fashion.
If you enjoy navigating a health care system with staff and doctors who are apathetic and without compassion then this may be the place for you. I cannot understand how the system has gotten to this point. I hear their doctors are the best, but I wouldn't really know. They never call back and will sit with you for less than five minutes. The front desk people always seem overworked, stressed, angry, or just careless. It's really sad. I feel it may depend on timing whether or not you get adequate care. I got left yesterday night in MRI for a hour on transportation, then today i get to my room ordered my lunch at 249 pm didnt get it until 5pm.....services has to get better
From the sweet lady that checked my niece in for her 7 yr old son's EGD to the sweet lady that escorted us out of the building were very nice, smiling, professional but made Noah laugh and joke and so comfortable before and after his procedure! The Anesthesiologist, Nurse Anesthetist (sp?) Nurse, and of course his doctor were so attentive, treated him and us like we were their ONLY patient and concern! From pre-op to post-op and discharge! Brother in law had liver transplant 6/11/17. Wonderful, knowledgeable staff, each one from surgeon down to the social worker we talked to today concerning lost care etc. Darrell is doing great ! Doesn't look like he had surgery except for all the tubes. God guided that surgeons hand and the whole team involved We can't say enough good things about this medical facility
