Went in at 7:10pm to see someone because I was having some bone on bone knee pain. I rushed get there from work because I know they close at 7:30pm. Soon as I ask to see someone. I seen the lady look at the time of course they were about to close. So now she tell me the lady who do x-ray's was not there. I told her I didn't hurt myself I don't need a x-ray..I have bone on bone knee pain. The lady at the counter lied about the status of my sons insurance because I came in close to close. Luckily Fast Pace on Nelson operates with integrity. Even though we were last minute walk ins Fast Pace took care of us. I'd avoid this Christus Oshners Urgent Care. They obviously could care less.
