I am a new patient and I recieved an email to sign up for the MY CHART APP, to help my appointment go smoothly. Well I submitted all of my medications as well as my medical history and current medical diagnosis, once at the appointment the nurse had to go put all of my information in again which was lengthy. She said the information wasn't on the computer but when I pulled up MY CHART all the information was available she was patient and politely put all the information in.
