This was the 4th time at Ochsner Baptist same day surgery. It is by far the best care most efficient facility we have experienced.
The staff knew my mother is an Alzheimer patient and the right staff was put into place. The nurse was so sweet and professional the way she handled mother when getting her undressed and dressed. Also, the female doctor was the same in ensuring me that mom will be ok.
This place was the best out of my 39 yrs of hospital visits to any hospital in any state. Clean, great staff and services, family comfortable and equipped. Only one thing the light was out in the bathroom of the family but noone would stop coming in ti use it lol. Change the bulbs!
Great staff of people. Everyone was friendly, helpful and took the time to explain things in detail. Oh, all had a huge welcoming smile.
Had a procedure done and was very surprised about the staff and the facilities they where very friendly and ran on schedule Dr Hymel did a outstanding job, great from parking to the staff it is very appreciated.

On February 15, 2017 I delivered my 1lb. 1.6oz baby boy. My 5 day stay was GREAT. The nurses made sure I had everything I needed plus more. They went out their way to make sure I was comfortable as possible. Not just the nurses, the staff period. I haven't had not one staff member give me any trouble! & not to mention they're taking EXCELLENT care of my sweet little baby in the NICU. His nurses Allison & Nikki are heaven sent. They treat him like their own. Although he sometimes give them a hard time with his feistiness. Lol... read more
The people were so helpful and kind. My last experience with hospital visit was a nightmare. This was so very different. I really appreciate the personal care and helpful attention. The business office helped work thru insurance issues.Dr.Sandow helped in everyday. Anesthesia office was thoughtful and informative.
