Poor customer service and an unfortunate "not my job" attitude amongst the support staff. If it weren't for the doctor I followed from another location, I wouldn't step foot in an Ochsner owned establishment.
I had twin boys at 24 weeks. One of them was transferred here for surgery and continued care. The NICU, Drs, Nurse practitioners, nurses, therapists, and other staff are all top notch and the best at what they do! My only wish is that I could have given birth here lol. I love that parents are included in all parts of the care, even hands on, so we don't feel like strangers to our baby.
I hate tht fkn hospital ����.i wuldnt recommend it to nobdy tht hospital full of it I hate it!!!!
The entire Oschner system has been amazing for us. Dr. Gonski, Dr. Glick, and Dr. Friel were an amazing care team for our family; before, during, and after my recent birth of our daughter. I'd also like to give credit to the wonderful OB nurses at the Baptist location. Thanks we're going to miss you!! (Moving)
