Absolutely the best experience we ever had at a medical physility. Everyone from the greeters to the Doctors were pure professionals. They all were willing to help and answer questions. Highly recommend
I had a bad experience today, my friend was told to be at lab at 8a.m., after 45 minutes, no one was there , when the lady did get there, the Lab door was locked. So it was a wait, and I'm sure it's rare to happen. The people at this hospital have been wonderful, and I could tell the receptionist didn't know what to say, but she handled it, and was very apologetic, and she couldn't have done anything different. Stuff does happen!
I've had two c-sections at this hospital. Both times the nurses cared for me and my babies extremely well. The second time my nurse, "Kaitlin" would take my baby and take care of her at night so that I could get some much needed sleep. I was only there for two nights but my overall experience was excellent. I highly recommend this hospital.
Ochsner's is the moat wonderful hospital I have ever been associated with. The hospital is clean, on schedule and the staff gets a A++ for being so amazing! From the nursing staff to the housekeepers, I have never met a kinder or more professional group of people. If you have to be in the hospital, this is the one you need!
I am impressed so far with the attention to details. All staff I dealt with were respectful and attentive. I am having surgery Friday and was nervous, but after the pre- surgery appointment I am optimistic that all will be fine! I recommend The Baptist surgery area to anyone
I have been going to this hospital for over 15 years now, and I have to say. Each time I walk in, they know Me by name. Kinda sad( haha) but also makes me Feel great. I'm always in good care and the staff is TOP NOTCH.
