EVERYONE was very caring and treated me with the utmost respect. I cannot express how thankful I am for the medical staff. Dr Byrd is an awesome doctor who I will recommend to my friends and family.

I have always been treated very well by the everyone there. My doctor and the nurses as well as the rest of the staff have always been kind and courteous.
Westbank location, Omg..everyone was so awesome in the emergency rm...the wait time was nothing like West Jeff when you have to wait 2 hrs...we only waited less than 20 mins!!!! The doctor was great and explained everything..support nice
People were very friendly and welcoming. I usually get lost in a hospitals and the whole staff was very informative.
I had my baby girl there at 39 weeks and everyone took real good care of me and my baby. If I needed pain medicine or help they were fast to come. The only thing I didn't like was the person who wheeled me to my car. She was too busy talking on her phone or people walking by a few times she ran me into the wall. The food was good too didn't taste like hospital food
I have had good experiences for both of my visits. Everyone was friendly and helped me find my way. Dr. Posas is amazing and his staff is always smiling and friendly as well. The only complaint I have is the confusion with separate parking garages and not knowing which one to go to. Other than that, great experience
