I have had Robert out for two different doors in the past 6 months. Both times he was super responsive, quick to provide an assessment and resolved the issues within days. I was impressed with their honesty and reasonable prices. I definitely recommend them!
The owner went to my parents house (same day!) and fixed their electric garage door for a great price. Very nice person, and we highly recommend them!
Upon opening my garage I heard a loud pop sound and realized my garage door had broken. I immediately called Ochoco Garage Door and spoke to Robert. Within one hour he was at my home, realized that the unit needed to be replaced and completed the job within 45 minutes. I could not have been more pleased with the service I received. Robert was very friendly and explained everything I needed to know, in detail. I would highly recommend Ochoco Garage Door to anyone needing this type of service. Thank you again Robert !
