The owner, Dave was on time, completely professional, knowledgeable and even put down an additional protective product in all rooms serviced for free since I was a first-time customer. He also told us how we could stretch our own carpet to save some money even though they do provide that service. As a first time home owners, a way to save money and still keep the integrity of the carpet was music to our ears. Couldn't have asked for a better experience and won't go anywhere else for carpet cleaning in the future.

We had our carpets cleaned just before our baby was born! I really wanted to replace the carpet for the baby, but my husband said we should first try to have them cleaned! I called Ochoa Upholstery Cleaning Care and Boy, am I glad we didn't replace the carpets or go with another company, as we've had not-so-great experiences with cleaners in the past! They did an amazing job! Great service, work well done!!
