I went on Friday November 28 2014 with my family to eat and because we were the only Latin people's there they didn't treat us right. They took more then 1:30 min to bring the food. And then food was cold and when we got home about 1hr later we all got sick. And then they charge us with two meals twice. Bad place and if you are not white I recommend not go there.
I love OCharleys it's my favorite restaurant & it's close to home!!!! I love the salads & cheese soup!!!
The service was okay but very slow. I was going to leave a tip but something happen where I had to leave and forgot to leave tip. Felt really bad even if the service was not great. Few days check my bank the waitress put a tip on my bill anyway. I call and reported the waitress but didn't fuss to much because I wanted her to have a tip anyway. The food is good,the service stinks IF you get Sharon,an older waitress in her 40s. To say that she was rude wouldn't quite cut it. She was deliberately thoughtless to the children,something that kills a tip everytime. We'll eat there again,just not with her.
This place is great. The food may be a tad high priced but to me it's worth it. The steaks are delicious and the service is great and friendly.
The servers our group had tonight, Marie & Elizabeth, were very pleasant, efficient and helpful. Our food came quickly and was nice and hot. Thank you O'Charley's for a nice evening. Our compliments to the chef, the manager and the host as well.
After waiting 20 minutes for a refill on my drink, I was fed up. I got up, went to the fountain myself, and refilled my Diet Mountain Dew. The food is mediocre compared to everywhere else. I prefer to go hungry than to still go hungry, but inside that place.
