The restaurant needed a good cleaning. The floors were filthy and had pieces of food all over it. The back of my booth was dirty and had bits of food on it. The bathroom was also dirty. The window ledges were dirty. Thankfully the food was okay
I recommend O'Charlies for their extremely good steaks, very nice atmosphere, and reasonable prices considering the quality of the food. I especially like the Louisiana Sirloin. I recently had a piece of apple pie. It was very, good.
Table was sticky. Our server argued with me about the happy hour menu availability. My main course(Low Country Shrimp) came out and rice was not cooked. Nearly broke a tooth eating. Manager re-cooked in 3 minutes what originally took 30 minutes. 2nd plate came and cooked tomatoes were cold. Bathroom was nasty also. Very sad. Used to love this place.
Love the restaurant I go all the time. Food is great and so are the people ., don't mind the wait sometimes because you will wait regardless. But they get you seated as fast as they can and do the best they can.
They have a good variety of menu items. The prices are reasonable. The service is good. It can be a little noisy when they are crowded.
They have the cutest host, Wayne! I love his shiny head. Love going there!!!!!!! Absolutely favorite restaurant
1st time dining at this restaurant.My partner and I had to wait to be seated. The waitress named Chelsea was ok. The food was fine not wonderful. Could have cooked at home.The place was just to crowded.

Was there when a new waitress was being trained. The experienced waitress was supposed to be watching her. She poured the wrong drink in my refill. She also screwed up the order so our food was ready 10 minutes apart. We had to repeat ourselves everytime we said something. Food was good.
