I paid cash at this clinic and they have a bad habit of waiting 2 months and sending more bills they think up. They sent me a bill for $1500 after paying $590 on my last visit and they will not explain it to me. The explanation on the bill says statement and that's it. They won't answer the phone or return calls. I drove to the clinic and they still won't speak to me about it. I'd avoid this place altogether.
Dr Kim was worthless wouldn’t answer any questions. Was in to big of hurry don’t care about your health just a paycheck. Worst doctor I’ve ever been to. He SUCKS.
This place literally nearly killed my husband. After leaving him hanging for days without his medication he has been on for 15 years. It resulted in a emergency room visit, both of us missing work and not to mention again it nearly killed him!!!! Thankful mercy, actually cares about thier patients and got him all fixed up. But I ultimately wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy after this horrible experience.
One star is honestly too many, my kids see Dr Faust here and he’s done downhill a ton. Every-time I come in I have to explain my same concerns over and over like he’s just not paying attention. I’ve been trying to get ahold of them for my daughter’s referral for over a month. Nobody ever calls back. Will be taking my children elsewhere. This is completely unacceptable.
Been going here since 2009 when there was a doctor named Gloria Kirk and Dr Howard they were really nice but after they left it seemed like the hospital went downhill doctor after doctor started leaving and now there is a doctor there that doesn't even listen to his patience nor call back I have to keep bothering them to get information all he do is watch his patience through the screen and stay in the back room I have been on the same medication since I started and now they want to come in and start changing things that hav... read more
