Hands down the worst rental management company out there. Repairs go unmade, calls and emails unanswered and when "repair men" do come, they often make the situation worse. 20+ years of renting - never needed to write a review like this. As a current homeowner I wouldn't risk either my home or potential tenants by working with this company.
Not a positive experience with this group
They ARE HORRIBLE THEY GETTING all this money every month from a voucher and my water been off for 2 in a half weeks because they to cheap to come do the real work they keep saying sorry bout the delay but that’s an emergency it’s children in the house and they don’t wanna do the work these people are scams and l&I will own this building once I’m done DO NOT RENT WITH THESE PEOPLE
