I would give a 0 if I could. I called to ask one question, I wish I would’ve got the lady’s name, she answered “absolutely not!” and hung up. I don’t know why this place is open after reading the rest of the reviews. Horrible.

MEDICAID DISCRIMINATION Called office on 8/9/22 at 2:12 to schedule a new patient visit for my kids. The receptionist said they were accepting new patients for physicals until I provided the insurance (Humana Medicaid) her entire tone changed & she informed me “we are done accepting med patients for the yr) only accepting physicals on birthdays. We used to go there 4 years ago and loved Dr. Eisenberg. If we ever go back to Jacksonville, definitely will be back. She is very observant.
