UPDATE: Sheila from the office called and provided an alternative solution. I appreciate it very much! Been a patient for several years...The office staff is wonderful, but I'm done with Mr. McFerrin. Even with an 8:00 or 8:30 appointment, you wait an hour to see him. But the final straw is that he simply doesn't care about his patients. He'll abandon them without a moment's hesitation. He's not supportive, and I question why he's even in this field.
