I have a son with ASD and have been to other practices that treated us (especially him) terrible. Not Angel Kids!! The moment we walked through the door (Ponte Vedra location) and we were greeted with smiles and kindness. The nurse was patient as my son was resistant to go back to the room. The receptionist Antoinette is literally the most helpful dr office receptionist I’ve spoken too. She was the first person able to help me and went out of her way to accommodate me. Thank you!
doctors are knowledgeable, and up to the point. But the scheduling and billing is terrible... we spend TWO hours in waiting room...
If you are assigned here by military insurance, I advise you to request a different location. I had a wonderful experience at the Beach Boulevard location and love my children’s physician. The “front office manager” at the Ponte Vedra location is unprofessional, abrasive, disrespectful, and has little experience with military families or Tricare. We ended up walking out after spending over an hour in the waiting room because someone from their office didn’t do their job. She was rude to me and the doctor while the doctor was... read more
