Highly recommend! Mark has been amazing with the entire process from the tour to getting our keys. Process was seamless and he answered all questions when asked and helped with the application process. Look forward to our new home!
Just finished our first lease, and I must say this place is a breath of fresh air after our last apartment complex. Management is friendly and quick to respond. I’ve lived at this Olympus property for two years, and I can honestly say I’ve made this place my home. I loved my apartment from the very first showing, and that feeling has only grown over time. David has always greeted me warmly and made me feel genuinely welcome, and even Mark, the newest addition to the team, has already proven to be attentive and kind. If I could give less than one star, I would. My daughter is currently a resident at Oceanside, and her experience has been extremely concerning from the beginning of her tenancy. Throughout her residency, she has repeatedly reported serious issues including roach infestations, ongoing mold growth, and malfunctioning air conditioning. We have documentation, photos, emails, and service requests showing that these problems were reported multiple times.
