Quiet and comfy
My stay here was July 31st- Aug. 1. If you’re looking for a bed and a budget stay with no amenities this is it. You’re paying for the location. In short this was not a pleasant stay, and my expectations were low to begin with. For context, I travel to Fort Bragg and Mendocino often, but since I make my way up during fall and winter months I never had to deal with the price surge. This is the top 2 worst experiences I have ever had at a hotel. We booked them through hotels.com. We booked for our family of 6. We didnt try to sneak into the same room. We arrived at 1030 and were given a filthy room circa 1970. The cabinets were worn and walnut stained oak. The hide a bed had no linens and was stained. Great location and lowest price I found in Fort Bragg. Walking distance from Glass Beach. Room was ok, floor and counters were dirty, especially the side of the bed near the wall, that floor was disgusting. No air in the rooms so you better not stay if it's warm. The beds were comfortable enough, however we were told the it had 2 queen size beds and these were definitely full size.
