I have been coming here for years to see Dr ISENHOUR He was on vacation and I had to use the walk in. I wait 4 hrs. (one and a half in an exam room) I received a referral. This is not exceptional.
never returns a call. referral team still has yet to make a referral that is over a week old. poor communication and no consideration for patient needs or feelings.
You make a appointment at the place and you sit there for hours before they ever call you back and when you get in the back you sit there another hour waiting on someone to come in I can’t wait to find another doctor I wouldn’t bring my dog here if I had to
RecommendedThis office has a duke’s mixture of doctors on hand. I have been lucky enough to snag a wonderful doctor for myself.
The wait is always long even if you have an appointment. They are not organized and have gotten prescriptions incorrect several times. so often that I ask for an old time type paper script to take to the pharmacy if my script changes. More nurse practitioners than doctors. NPs follow a checklist, but don't really talk to you. I feel like a number. I'm not impressed.
Wait time is ridiculous and reception staff are rude. Once you finally make it to the back, Physicians and nurses are professional friendly and thorough.
I highly recommend. Have been going here since I moved to Holden Beach in 2016.
EXCELLENT SERVICE AND WONDERFUL STAFF AND THEY ARE ALL SO FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL AND CARING �I AM SO HAPPY THAT OUR OTHER DOCTOR � STOPPED HIS REGULAR PRACTICE AND WENT INTO SPECIAL PRACTICES OTHERWISE WE MIGHT NOT HAVE LEFT THERE......AND THIS IS SO MUCH CLOSER AND THEY ALSO HAVE AN URGENT CARE WHICH WE HAD TO USE TODAY ����
