Very professional with caring, competent service
I had a very positive experience at Oceanside Endodontics, the whole place feels calming and lovely, which I can’t say for many other dental or medical practices. I only had to wait a couple of minutes to be greeted by the assistant Rosie, She was very pleasant and professional while taking all the necessary x-rays and explaining the process. This was the most positive experience I could have asked for. Chelsea at the front desk was so helpful and kind. Rosie, Dr. Douglas’s assistant was kind, knowledgeable, and professional and Dr. Douglas was amazing. She explained everything in detail prior to my root canal, and then step by step as she worked on me, explaining what she was doing and the different sounds the tools would make. Endodontic procedures have progressed greatly over the years and I am very thankful. Thank you for a very good experience.
