Quiet living for a family park. Great people live here and watch out for one another. 1/4 mile approx to Mackerricker state park and beach. Small store n gas near by about 10 min drive to Fort Bragg.
I love the new manager. He is a honest, reliable,respectful and super friendly man. He's always in a good mood and does his best to mange the place. It was in needed of repairs but it looks amazing now. He trys to meet everyone's demands.
