COMMUNICATION, COMPASSION, & CARE All of the above were EXCELLENT at the Oceans Behavioral Hospital. The staff were informative and caring. The staff contacted me daily with every decision or program that needed to be done to ensure the health and healing of my child. If I could give them a 10 out of 5 stars I would. A fair breakdown of how the schedule was for the youth. 5 A.M they wake you up to do blood pressure, then you can go back to sleep till 7 A.M, after you wake up you do a morning routine (brushing teeth, washing face, etc.). After the morning routine you’re in a pretty bland room with a couple of tables, a T.V (it’s not always on). They take you out and you get a snack before lunch, then after a bit you have lunch. I loved this place ms carly and ms Jessica are truly amazing I love them they truly made me feel understood and helped me so much I hope they know how amazing they are they’ve both helped me through some tough times and actually listened to me fully and you can tell that they actually care about every patient.
