Oceans outpatient therapy has helped me tremendously. I would refer anyone suffering from mental illness to come to the intensive outpatient therapy classes. Their therapists are top notch. However, an incident happened today that could have turned into a very bad situation. I am very hopeful the instigator is dealt with accordingly. If not, I will have to go elsewhere and deal with the situation in accordance with MHO. For the most part, it is an excellent place to get help.
