This place was disgusting. I spent 2 nights here due to my ex husband accusing me of making threats to my life. I was put in a room with dirty sheets. One of the pillow cases had old blood on it. The bathroom walls had feces all over them. It was unsafe due to acting out of other patients. I was appalled with the conditions. I got a skin infection that costed me months to get rid of and multiple doctor visits. As a healthcare professional myself I wouldn’t let my worst enemy stay somewhere like this. I have a loved one currently in inpatient and I had to stop what I’m doing to leave this review because I am just blown away. From the intake process, them keeping me informed, and the total change I’ve heard in my loved ones voice, I am so thankful that this is where they’re at. I really do believe they care about the wellbeing of their patients and I will forever recommend them for anyone who needs inpatient mental health care.
Suicide Makers!! Do Not Bring Anyone Here! This place treated my sis in law so poorly. They were mean and impatient with her. They released her, after juggling medications with her) and she promptly killer herself. Do Not Use This Place!!!!!!
I don't know where to even begin with this place! Please do not send your loved ones here. This place is horrible and we'll mistreat your loved ones and not let you know anything about their care. My daddy was just released from this facility today.They had him for about two weeks.They would not tell me any information about my daddy. The nurses are rude and smartasses...they dont gv a shit about the patients. My family member fell a few times and yelled for help only to hv no one come help him. He came home with a severe diaper rash and private parts raw from not bathing him. He doesn't walk so stays in bed or wheelchair. Went in for some mental issues and came out worse than he started.
