Very unprofessional staff, they send you in circles. I can’t never speak with a supervisor to understand what’s going to with ur love one Who is deemed incompetent and does not have their right mind. Unbelievable, They kept my sister an No one thought to pick up the phone and call me to make me aware she wouldn’t be returning home .
I don’t how Public Health hasn’t shut this place down. My mother was admitted Beginning of August 2025 she came out worse than what she went in. No amount of Apologies will heal !!
I have never forgotten this place but couldn’t remember the name so that’s why my post is happening a year later. If you truly love your family, DO NOT send them here! I didn’t care that the facility was old and outdated. What I truly cared about was how horribly disgusting this place was. We were subjected to one rest room for all patients to use. *** The Director of Clinical Services and Patient Advocate license was placed on probation for 2 years in 2020 and faced federal indictment for spending tens of thousands of federal dollars meant for the less fortunate on pricey personal expenses.
