I love to go to this place. Always gets me back to being aware and teaches you how to deal with your emotions problems and have gratitude
This place is really great. I’ve been going for quite some time and I’ve never felt as good as I feel now in my entire life. This is a safe place where you can be vulnerable, free of judgement. Where we encourage each other, help each other navigate through difficulties and applaud our wins. A place that reiterates the fact that ‘you are not alone’.
