My husband was taken here involuntarily after a councilor gave emergency services false information. He was forced into signing in voluntarily under threat of a judges order, a longer stay, and loss of rights. UPDATE OCT8TH2025: STILL NO DONT ANSWER PHONE Called to tell them a patient has a appt today for three days he is gonna loose his benefits cause yall rude people. Rude people and staff put people with non violent behavior with violent people.I have mental anxiety I have issues talking with anyone so this place is horrible. Unclean windows not properly sanitized or clean linin. They won't release you. Called several times yesterday with no answer! Horrible don't send your children here only drugs and people on them in their.

My son was there. He really got treatment he desperately needed. He's got a dual diagnosis. Most every nurse was helpful. My only issue was half the time Noone answers the phone. Otherwise Im thankful for the help for my son.

We had no idea or what to expect when I called Oceans. They connected me to their liaison Henry Flores. Henry to my surprise answered his phone on the second ring. I explained to him what was going on and he immediately said, “ I can help”. He took care of everything and told me where and what to do. Henry made what I thought was going to take weeks happen within a few hours. I will always be thankful for his prompt attention and his caring words.
