The absolute worst landlord I have ever worked with. She never responds to emails, calls, or texts. Her voicemail is always full, I suspect on purpose. My AC was leaking water for 9 months without it being repaired. I had to keep a bowl to catch the water and empty it. My dishwasher never worked and was never fixed.
