Wonderful small family business. I have been purchasing my water filters from them for years. Prompt service and and perfect filters every time. Anytime, I have ever had a question or an issue, they are only an e-mail away.
I’ve purchased products directly from Oceanic, after installation they started leaking. Tired for 2 weeks to get a hold of someone over the phone. Eventually was able to get a hold of someone and during my email correspondence with the employee they asked me to provide video proof of the leaks.
