Have been trying to call this company to ask a few questions before ordering. No one ever answers and the voicemail is full so it's impossible to leave a message requesting a call back. Also filled out the Contact Us form on their website over 2 weeks ago and no one has emailed or called me. This does not seem like an actual company that is in business. I ordered a Fleck 5600 water softener from Oceanic Water Systems and had it installed by a plumber. It worked fine for a month or so, but then I noticed hard water stains appearing again on my fixtures. I did some troubleshooting and determined that the system is no longer siphoning from the brine tank. I removed the siphon tube and found that it was actually sending water back INTO the brine tank instead of drawing water from it. I called Oceanic on 7/30 and explained what was happening. I'm dissapointed in the response rate of the company. I ordered a media refill kit for 6-statge inline alkaline Mineral pH balancing drinking water filters. The picture and description on the website showed I'd be getting 6 different materials to fill with 5 filters. Not sure what their thought was in sending 5 different materials with 5 filters because I'm missing a good 4 inches of material without the promised Calcite and an additional 2 filter pieces! I bought a fleck 5600 with bone char filter. I hired Geiler to install it while I took my family out of town, which costed over $2400. I come back home to a flood in my basement. I called Geiler and they said the head came pre-assembled, that this is a defective part. Is Premier Water Systems going to send me a working part that I actually paid for?
