Great value for the money, especially in the Oceanfront area. The units are modest and simple. Property maintained well. Management competent and friendly.
Maintenance does not know what they're doing half the time management at the office is very and I mean very disrespectful discriminate against disabled tenants and take advantage of you in the situation and lie about the whole ordeal then they try to use their powers to evict you for no reason at all knowing that they were the ones in the wrong to try to shut you up and get you out
