Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly? Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities.

Was this provider's office too cold? Not at all, it was the perfect temperature Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

Do you trust this dentist to only recommend dental procedures you need? Absolutely! I'm very confident they have my best interest in mind Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Was the water they used during your teeth cleaning a comfortable temperature? Yes, it was fine

I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Were you provided with payment plan and fee information before your dental treatment was scheduled? Absolutely! They explained everything in detail and made sure I understood before my procedure Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert!

I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for.
