It is so hard to find a quality home builder these days. Especially when there are so many large “kit builders” that just build for speed and cost. Ocean View Custom Home Builders is truly set apart from those other builders. My home turned out absolutely beautiful and I am so happy we chose Ocean View as our builder.
Trace was amazing! Experience matters and he obviously knows his trade! He not only was a problem solver when unexpected structure issues were found behind walls....he anticipated problems I never thought of. He also very politely recommended a change in my original design that made a HUGE difference in how the rooms flow together. Again ..not something I would have thought about but absolutely LOVE now. My plan was doable....his tweak made it AMAZING. Will definitely use him again.
My kitchen was in dire need of an upgrade. Ocean View came in and knocked it out of the park! I am so happy with how my kitchen remodel turned out. Now I actually enjoy cooking! If you are looking for a kitchen remodeler, don't hesitate to go with Ocean View Custom Home Builders!
